What delivery services do we offer?

Whatever your needs we offering a range of delivery options. When delivery isn’t urgent, Royal Mail 24 and 48 offer an efficient service to offer free delivery. For urgent items Special Delivery Guaranteed™ 1PM provides a guaranteed next-day service by 13:00 to 99% of the UK*.

FREE Standard UK Delivery

Using our FREE Standard UK Delivery with Royal Mail 48, your order should be with you in up to four (4) working days (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays) when placed before 3pm.

European & Worldwide Delivery

We offer a reliable European and Worldwide delivery service which accounts for 19% of our customers (data Sept 2012- Sept 2013). With the Royal Mail International Standard service, European orders aim to be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Express Service

Going on holiday or you power supply has failed, we use Special Delivery Guaranteed™ to ensure your order is delivered in 1 working day when your order is placed and accepted before 10am, (not including Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday). Orders placed after 10am may take an extra 24 hours to deliver.

At XCELPLUS Security we only install the latest and recognised technology. With our domestic range of Intruder Alarms and CCTV systems, all our branded equipment is tried, tested and trusted. From a flat to a stately home we can install a home security system that is perfectly suited to your needs. We can take over the maintenance and service contracts to home systems that haven’t been installed by us, providing the standards and condition of installations have been met.

International Delivery Times & Cost

We deliver to over 30 international destinations including Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada. Due to the nature of some of the products we sell, such as batteries, orders for international destinations may be subject to customs delays of between 1-5 working days. We'll always give as much information in the Conformity Declaration parcel label to assist clearance.

Delivery to a local shop

Consider using a UPS Access Point™ for local, efficient, and convenient parcel retrieval from a retail outlet such as a newsagent or grocery store.

For greater flexibility to ensure you receive your package at a time that suits you, select UPS Access Point™ delivery option when placing your order online. UPS Access Point locations often operate extended opening hours including evenings and weekends, from 8:00 to 22:00.

How It Works
If you elected to have your parcel delivered to a UPS Access Point at the time of ordering your goods, you will receive a notification alert via email when the parcel has arrived and is ready for collection. You must present a recognised form of photo ID to collect your parcel. The parcel can be collected up to 10 calendar days later.

  • Special Delivery orders must be placed before 10am to ensure next day delivery.
  • Delivery lead times shown are approximate and are not guaranteed.
  • Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same day (unless it is a Bank Holiday or weekend).
  • Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.
  • If you have your order sent by our express delivery service someone at the delivery address will be required to sign for it.
  • We are unable to refund any postage and packing costs incurred in returning a product to us under our 28 Day Returns policy.
  • We reserve the right to change couriers when necessary, but ultimately deliver your item by the advertised time frame
  • You are responsible for claiming back any VAT that you feel is due to you from your customs office.
