  • Shipping & Delivery

    We will endeavour to supply any goods ordered within 72hrs of placing your order when placed before 4pm. However, this may be subject to change. If the anticipated delivery date alters, we will advise you of the revised timescale.

    Our chosen delivery service is Royal Mail Second Class, and as such it may not always be possible to offer you a delivery date. Some items may not fit through your letter box and may require someone in to accept delivery. However, if you're not in to receive your item, you will be carded allowing you to arrange a convenient day to redeliver.

  • Returns & Replacements

    It is advisable when returning any item(s) to us you cover with the appropriate additional insurance to cover the total item(s) value. If this additional cover isn't applied to item(s) that are returned to us we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur in transit by the carrier.

    If you wish to return an unwanted product, it can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery as long as it's still in its original, unused and unopened packaging. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, less our delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. Unwanted products may be returned after the 14 day period at our discretion, but may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 25%.

  • Ordering

    Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart" and then click "Continue Shopping" if you wish to add more items. After you have finished all your selections, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

    Your browser will go into 'secure mode' as soon as you access the 'Checkout' pages and before you enter any personal or payment details. You can check you're shopping in a secure environment by looking for a locked padlock or a key icon in the grey bar at the bottom of your screen.

    We only accept orders that are placed with PayPal using VeriSign, Inc. This technology prevents you from accidentally revealing personal information using an insecure connection. During payment, we also ask for your card billing address as an additional security check. We won't ask for any other personal financial information.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation. Product prices exclude VAT.

    Payment for all Products must be by PayPal unless otherwise arrange. We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal.

  • Viewing Orders

    You can view your order(s) by using Track My Order, also found at the bottom of the website. Here you can view your order status, along with reviewing you purchase or downloading any applicable installation instructions for your system.

  • Updating Account Information

    When you place your order you, if there are any mistakes in the delivery address, we recommend updating/amending your details as soon as possible. To ensure your order hasn't already been processed, its best to Contact Us.
